On a steel wheel like in # AS15B475WS, the psi rating for the wheel may be on a sticker on the back of the wheel. On alloy wheels, it is usually stamped into the metal on the back of the wheel somewhere.
The tire on the wheel is going to be at or below the psi rating for the wheel. You should always inflate trailer tires to the maximum psi as indicated on the tire for longest life and best performance.
If you can tell me the wheel size you are going to and if it is an alloy wheel or a steel wheel, I can tell you the psi rating we have for our wheels in the same size. For example, the wheel on the tire and wheel combo that you referenced is rated at 2150 lbs and 95 psi. The tire itself is rated for 1820 lbs and 50 psi.
