I bought this about a year ago from etrailer and its mostly good. The hitch bolt no longer threads at all in the hitch. Is there a replacement part compatible?

In regards to the Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Rack part # S63365, if you can't get the bolt to thread then first clean the threads but if they are damaged then you will need replacements. For the hitch bolt you can use part # P5902 or part # S64029 for locking. That said, the receiver insert could be damaged as well so I recommend replacing this while you are at it, part # P313.
