Question:
Looking to replace Peterson M125A clearance lights on a 4 horse slant load bumper tow trailer. I believe the current use is counting on the combination light/reflector of the M125A to eliminate a separate reflector. I would like to use something that is a in replacement, and also low profile so the horses dont knock them off so the MCL71AB almost fits the bill but it isnt also a reflector or is it? Do you have another recommendation? Lastly, can you show what this light looks like with the lens removed? It appears to just sit on the surface of the chrome bezel - that there is no seal or channel to block water intrusion.

The Optronics light, MCL71AB, does not have a reflector in the lens. I made a short video that shows the light with the lens off. It would be a fairly water resistant light.
A better option may be # MC35AB. It is about the same size and it has a reflector in the lens. It is not as low profile as the flush mount light you referenced.
If you are not opposed to switching to round we have # MCL59AB or # MC57AB which has a reflector in the lens and can be flush mounted using harness # A46PB and grommet # A55GB.
