Troubleshooting No Video from Jensen RV Stereo to Jensen TV

Question:
I have sound no picture. Radio works Bluetooth when hooked to my phone works. Just no picture when playing a DVD. Not blue ray Message comes up no signal. I’m not hooked up to satalite or cable. Thank you

The first thing to check is the wire you are using from the stereo to your TV. If you have the Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A that just uses component connections then you can try swapping out the yellow video connector with a brand new one. If that doesn't work or if you have a different stereo let me know and I can help you troubleshoot further.

i switched from an older unit to the updated to the newer jmw62a. REplaced all cables several times,tried resets. have the right cable adapter. new tv (wound not work on other tv either) i am starting to believe these units do not support video. only sound. I have worked with audio video equipment a lot in my job which i retired from.
