Replacement BOLT Lock for Extang EnCore Tonneau Cover On a 2018 Ford F-150

Question:
Hello purchased a replacement lock from yall. My key will not all the way and lock will not rotate to learn key. What should I do? Thank you

It sounds like you may have the incorrect lock core. In order to confirm which is the correct lock core you will need to find the lot code on the underside of the cover which is on a white sticker. If this number is before "15355" then you will need part # EX6210 but if it is after "15355" then you will need part # EX28620142-28. If it turns out you do have the correct lock core just let me know and I will see if there is anything else that can be done.
