Question:
Help I have a 2016 Jeep unlimited. Between 10 and 40 miles an hour there is a whistle. The rack is a Heavy Duty RLT600 Black 3 Bar Rhino-Rack Backbone Roof Rack.

It sounds like you have the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack with Backbone Mounting System part # JA8213 on the 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It is very common for there to be wind noise with these setups however you can deflect the wind away from the bars with a fairing part # RR43251 which is designed for the Back Bone racks. The fairing will deflect the wind which cuts down on the wind noise and drag.
