Need a front mount hitch for my 2019 Ford F-250 super duty and winch to pull my truck out of the mud sometimes what do you suggest?

I am happy to help you get your truck out of the mud. I recommend the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit part # 65076 for the front mount hitch which has a 9,000 lbs line pull capacity.

Since you are using the winch to pull the truck out of the mud you need one with a capacity to handle the trucks weight and the weight of the mud around it. Since your front mount hitch can handle 9,000 lbs I recommend to use Bulldog Winch Standard Series Off-Road Winch - Synthetic Rope part # BDW10045 which is actually rated for 9,500 lbs but I do not recommend to exceed 9,000 lbs. This includes a weather resistant hand held remote and aluminum hawse fair lead to prevent corrosion.

I recommend using Front mount trailer hitch mounting plate part # BDW20011.
