I've got a solution for you, but the Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XTB uses clamps to attach to the top and inside of your bed rails, so it is not compatible with the Trax Rails on the RetraxPRO XR # RTT-80373, compatible with your 2018 Ford F-150 with 5-1/2 foot bed.
Take a look at the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-5855. This is the best option to add a ladder rack to your F-150 with a RetraxPRO XR bed cover because it is specifically designed to work with the Trax Rails, with the included adapter kit. The OverHaul HD system also includes two 68 inch crossbars, which are the recommended size for your truck and have a capacity of 500 lbs.
The rack height is adjustable from 19 to 30 inches above your bed rails. Yakima products are top of the line and have a reputation for being extremely versatile, reliable and operate flawlessly, so I know you will not be disappointed.
