Will 2 sets of Thule Hull-A-port fit on the crossbars of a 2020 Subaru Outback? Need to carry 2 kayaks.

Yes, two of the Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # TH834 will fit the crossbars of your 2020 Subaru Outback. I also confirmed with Thule that the Hull-A-Port is a fit for the factory crossbars of your Outback so you'll be set to hit the water.
The Hull-A-Port does come with tie-downs but if you need easy mounting points for your tie-downs, I recommend using the Malone Hood Loop Bow/Stern Tie-Downs # MPG308.
