There is a 1-1/4" Class II receiver that fits on the 2020 Chevy Equinox with the Draw-Tite # 36642. This hitch has the 1-1/4 receiver that you're looking for.

If you're going to be towing anything with your Equinox you may need a few other items to complete your towing setup. If you don't already have a wiring harness for a 4 way trailer connection, you'll want to use the Tekonsha T-one # 118750 (for models excluding the Premier), which tees into your vehicle's electrical system with plugs to pass the signals from your lights back to your trailer. If you have the Premier trim package you'll want to use the Tekonsha T-one Kit # 118759.

You also may need a ball mount and hitch ball; you can use the Draw-Tite # 3593 and hitch ball # 19256.
