Does the price stated include the mounting kit??? Does the price quoted include shipping, if not what are the shipping costs?

The Westin Sure Grip Running Boards do not come with the installation kit. The installation kit is product number 27-1835. Installation is a no-drill, bolt-on, in the factory drilled holes in the frame.
