I have the 39120 for my 2017, but bought a 2019 that requires the 39130. Id prefer to keep my existing cover for the 2019. Will the 39120 still fit the 2019?

Your new 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5-1/2 foot bed will require the BAK Revolver X2 Tonneau Cover part # BAK39130 like you mentioned.
The bed design differs enough from the 2017 model Silverado that a new cover is needed. Unfortunately your existing # BAK39120 model will not fit. This cover is only compatible with the Silverado up through the 2018 model year.
