Yes, the Alabama Crimson Tide hitch cover, # CHC300A, has a 2 prong style shank with holes in it that will line up with the hitch pin hole on your receiver. You can lock the cover to the hitch using any lock that is a fit for your hitch. I recommend locking hitch pin # e98880.
