Yes, Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24795 will fit the hatchback models of the 2008 Hyundai Accent. We list it as fitting the sedan and 3-Door hatchback because the rear hatch is being counted as a door. I have included a link to the installation instructions and a link showing a typical installation on a similar vehicle for you.
If you plan on doing some towing, the correct ball mount is # 3594 and you can use pin and clip # PC2. For a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch use # 19258. For trailer wiring, use number 1191785KIT. I have included a link to the installation details for the wiring as well.
