What is the difference between the Curt and Draw-tite 2" for my 2020 Subaru Ascent Touring

The biggest difference between the Draw-Tite Class III - 2" hitch part # 76253 and the Curt Class III - 2" hitch part # C13400 for the 2020 Subaru Ascent Touring is that Draw-Tite is a completely hidden design and the Curt has a visible cross tube with the receiver. I have attached a photo that shows you how the two different hitches attach to the frame and what is visible once installed.
I recommend to use the Draw-Tite hitch because the completely hidden design makes for a clean and OEM looking install. It is also designed to be hidden behind the knock out panel of your Ascent compared to the Curt that will hang below the fascia which is unsightly in my opinion. Also you will have more ground clearance with the hidden option because it sits up higher. The bumper will need to be temporary removed for installation but you will be much happier with the end results. I have attached an installation of Draw-Tite for your reference.
