How to Determine Fitment of Gen-Y Hitch Torsion 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Pin Box

Question:

will this adapter fit a potomac 5231 fith wheel? also how tall is it. my truck is a 94 dodge 2500 with 4 inch lift kit. the previous adapter I got is too tall to work.

If the current pin box on your Potomac 5231 5th wheel trailer has a Lippert 1621 box number (or aftermarket equivalent) then the Gen-Y Hitch Torsion 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Pin Box # 325-GH-8045 will fit. If you aren't sure what you have then you can either find your pin box number on a sticker to the side of the pin box, or you can take some measurements of your pin box and compare them to the attached helpful article or let me know what you have and I can help you determine if it's a fit or not.

From the top set of mounting holes to the bottom of the coupler measures 25.693". You can use this to compare fitment for your Potomac and your 1994 Dodge Ram 2500. Please note that you can either adjust this pin box or add some height to your 5th wheel trailer if need be to help make sure everything is level.
