The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65075 is a fit for a 2010 Nissan Frontier and will require either removal or modifications to the center air dam trim piece or skid plate if present. I have attached a photo for you that shows the trimming required to retain the center air dam trim piece. The majority of front mount trailer hitches if not all require you to remove any air dam trim piece or skid plates from under the vehicle as they simply just mount in the same location. Therefore, if you want to install a front mount trailer hitch for a snow plow, winch, or for reversing a trailer then you will need to forgo or modify the skid plate/air dam.
