can I still use your recommended replacement part if my current mirror is not heated will power adjust and turn signal still work or do i need different wire harness

Yes, the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirror - Driver Side # KS62094G will work perfectly on your 2013 Chevy Silverado. The heated glass feature on this mirror just won't be present since you're factory harness/mirror doesn't have this function. It will still work though to maintain your existing power remote and LED turn signal functions.
If you wanted both mirrors this is also available in a set with part # KS62093-94G. I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
