In order to install a trailer hitch on a 2019 Dodge Challenger with aftermarket exhaust, the best option we have for you is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13236 not the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76145. The Curt hitch as you can see has a smaller bracket profile than the Draw-Tite hitch so there will be a better chance of compatibility.
That said, there would not be a way to confirm fit as none of the trailer hitch manufactures do any test fitting with aftermarket exhaust. I do not see any apparent issues with this setup off hand but again would not be able to confirm. I have however attached for you a photo that should help with determining compatibility but the only way to know for certain would be to test this for yourself.
