Question:
I have a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali crew cab with a 5’8” bed. I just purchased a 2015 Keystone Montana Mountaineer 331RLT. I am installing the 1st gen Patriot 16k hitch in my truck to tow the RV. The question is, will everything clear when I am towing? Will I have the turning radius and clearance from the truck needed to safely tow?

Generally speaking, you will need to use a rotating pin box with super short beds as there just isn't enough cab clearance but I have attached for you an article with measurements that will allow you to determine if your trailer will clear the truck cab. That said, I don't have any exact data on your particular truck and trailer combo.
In order to find the correct rotating pin box we will need to know the model number on your existing pin box. The Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret part # RP34FR which is for a Lippert 1621 is the most popular option but just let me know what you have so I can confirm. The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3200 can then be used on a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 with the B&W Custom Installation Kit part # BWRVK2503.
