Is this the correct replacement for my 2018 Trail Runner camper lighting in the bathroom?

The Gustafson Interior light part # 277-000492 certainly could be used as a replacement assembly for what you have now but it might be slightly different. Either way it will fit pretty easily but you might have to drill new mounting holes. The mounting holes of this assembly are separated by 2-1/2 inches vertically and 4-3/8 inches horizontally.
