Measuring the wheelbase of your bike to determine the correct bike rack for you is pretty simple; all you have to do is measure from the center of one wheel to the center of the other wheel and this is the measurement of your wheelbase.

For a 53" wheelbase you will need a bike rack that is designed for recumbent bikes and I recommend the Saris Freedom 2-Bike Platform Rack for Recumbents # SA4412B-R because because it weighs less than 25 lbs it is extremely lightweight but still has a 60 lb per bike capacity. This gives you a bike rack that has a highly unique combination of being easy to handle but durable and strong enough for heavy bikes.

The Freedom works with bikes that have wheelbase up to 57" so if you measured again and found your wheelbase was actually longer than that the best option is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider 2 Bike Rack # HR1000Z-R which is designed for particularly long wheelbases up to 74".

Either of these hitches will work perfectly in the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75956 that fits your 2015 Lexus NX 200t. I have added a link to an install of this hitch on a '15 NX 200t for you to check out as well.
