Will this resonator make the car sound more aggressive even if I have a stock muffler on the car?

The MagnaFlow Glass Pack part # MF18124 will still make your car sound aggressive with a stock muffler on the car. It is a straight through design so it will be louder then other aftermarket muffler options. It is also 18" which is shorter then the glass pack options so it is going to be louder. I recommend to make sure the muffler inlet on your car is 2". I recommend typing the part number into youtube or google and listening to sound clips available.
