Jensen DVD Player in RV that Shows Loading Message and Never Plays Movie

Question:
I have a new RV with a Jensen stereo/ DVD player. The dvd will not play. It keeps loading 10 minutes and counting. I have tried multiple dvds.

With the Jensen RV stereos like the # JWM60A typically what fixes the issue you described is blowing compressed air into the slot opening. Also make sure you are loading DVD discs and not Blu Ray discs as this does not support Blu Ray movie formats.
