I believe what you are needing is the Replacement Weight Distribution Pin # 3305. This is the pin/rivet that helps to control the angle of the weight distribution head. It is designed for Draw-Tite and Reese systems so it will work perfectly for you.
If you are needing the washers as well we do have the replacement part with # 3306.
