5th Wheel Installation Bracket Recommendation for a 2010 Dodge Ram

Question:
I have a 16k kwik slide hitch I am taking out of my 2002 dodge. I want to install it a 2010 dodge. I cant get the mounting brackets off the 2002 can I use this part to mount my old hitch in my new truck.Part #30051 is my hitch. Thank you for any advice.

The bracket kit you would want to install in your 2010 Dodge Ram would be the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit # RP50140. You would be able to attach the rails from your 2002 Dodge to these brackets and then install your Reese Kwik Slide hitch in the bed of your truck.

You also want to use new hardware for the rails as well, for that you would want Replacement Hardware Kit # RP58430.
