I have a 2007 Nissan Titan 4x2 Texas edition. Its a full size truck with 4 doors and a V8. It this truck able to have a 5thbwheel hitch installed in the bed so I can tow a 5th wheel?

Yes, there are fifth wheel rail kits that fit your 2007 Nissan Titan that will allow you to install a hitch in the bed of your truck. Since your truck has a short bed you'll need a slider hitch like the Curt A20 slider part # C16541 to allow you to make tight turns without cab interference. I like this hitch because of it's interlocking jaw system that holds the trailer tightly for a smoother ride quality. You'll need a rail kit to install the hitch so for that you'd want the custom fit part # C16470-204 which is a custom fit option. Custom fit is the way to go as it minimizes drilling and install time when compared to a universal kit.
