We carry two rear bumpers for the 1991 Jeep Comanche, part # 73000-97900 which is chrome plated and part # 63000-97900 which is black powder coated like you're looking for.
Both bumpers are rated for 3,500 pounds and have a 3/4 inch hole for a hitch ball like part # C40018. They both also include all of the installation hardware.
