My Jeep has the factory mounts on frame for tow hooks. Will this winch plate mount on these tow hook mounting brackets?

The Bulldog Winch Winch Mounting Plate Kit # BDW20009 that you referenced attaches to the top of the bumper on your 1986 Jeep CJ-7 so it would not interfere with the tow hooks you have at all.
