Question:
I am currently using a Tekonsha Primus IQ 90160 on a 2017 Tacoma. I’m purchasing a 2020 Jeep Wrangler with a factory tow package. Can I use this model and what wiring adapter do I need? Thanks

If you wanted to use the Tekonsha Primus IQ part # TK90160 on your 2020 Jeep Wrangler then you would need to cut off the end of the plug under your dash and wire in the one that comes with the brake controller or you could use the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter part # C51459 and cut off the brake controller end in favor of the one that comes with the brake controller so no vehicle slicing is required. There is not yet a Tekonsha adapter plug available for your 2020 Jeep Wrangler as of July 2019.
That said, I actually recommend you take a look at the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 instead as this will not require any drilling into your dash to install nor will it compromise your leg room. The Curt Echo uses your mobile phone as a controller so you don't need to learn a bunch of codes.
