Correct Muffler Inlet/Outlet Diameter Fit For 3 Inch Pipe

Question:

I think the pipe after the cat on my truck is 3 inch so what size class pack would I need to fit over that or in it

Since you have a pipe with a 3 inch diameter you will need a muffler with the same diameter for its inlet and outlet. So you would want to use something like the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel, Straight-Through Universal Muffler # MF12867 which has 3 inch diameter inlet/outlet and is designed for use with a 3 inch pipe.
