Does Curt Still Require Stabilizer Strap When Carrying Hitch Mounted Accessories

Question:
Why does Curt require stabilizer strap but Draw-tite doesnt need? Stabilizer is to add support to the bikes/rack so it doesnt put excess load on the hitch I have come to understand. Why not Draw-tite too? Thanks

Actually Curt stopped requiring the stabilizer straps with bike racks and other non-supported hitch accessories with their hitches like the # C11418 that fits your 2019 Mazda CX-3.
It was an extra precaution they took back in the day but recently found it's not needed.
