I would like to know if hitch can be mounted below the front bumper? It looks like forward bolt holes match up. I know I couldnt use the rear bolts but hitch would only be used to move unloaded boat trailers. Thanks.

I do have a front mount trailer hitch for your 2005 Jeep Wrangler that can be mounted under the front bumper, the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31028 (see photo) which is the only option that can be mounted in this way but the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65048 installs above the front bumper.
