I went back and checked your previous order and the Draw-Tite Max Frame Hitch # 75952 that you purchased for your 2015 Nissan Murano is also compatible with your 2018 Nissan Murano. We have an installation video for the 2018 Murano that I'm attaching to this answer.

If you need a wiring harness for your new vehicle, the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness # C56267 is designed for your 2018 Nissan Murano and plugs in behind your existing tail lights on the vehicle for easy installation.
