Troubleshooting Furrion RV Stereo that Wont Eject CDs

Question:

There is a CD disc that will not eject from the player. The device has not been used much. Yes it was inserted correctly and have done the reset button, but still issue with no ejecting.

We had a customer come back with a similar Furrion CD player and tell us that when they went to pull the stereo out of the wall to replace it they found a sticker on top of it that said "remove before installing" which once they took off it allowed the CD player to eject CDs like it should.

I'd try that as this is a common issue with Furrion CD players and I wonder to what extent the issue is just the sticker.
