There absolutely is a Class II trailer hitch that fits your 2019 Hyundai Tucson, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36572. This hitch has a 1-1/4" receiver and is a complete bolt-on install so you do not have to drill into your Tucson's frame. Unless you need a Class II hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver for a specific purpose I do recommend using a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver because it will have a higher capacity and there are more options for accessories with a larger hitch. The Class III hitch that fits your '19 Tucson is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75836.
