The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65070 is designed to be used with the factory front bumper. It may still work with an aftermarket front bumper but there would be no way for us to confirm this as there are several different aftermarket front bumpers for your 2013 Toyota Tacoma. That said, if you take a look at the attached photo and install instructions, that should then give you a good idea whether or not it will work but testing this yourself would be the only way to confirm this. We do however offers returns if it does not work out for you.
