Question:

I have a 2015 Q50S not just Q50. Uhaul tried to install a hitch for a q50 and it did not work. Will this hitch worl pr is the one that is compatible?

I reached out to my contact at Draw-Tite who said that they haven't had any reports of fit issues with the 2015 Infiniti Q50S and the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24931. We have learned that the Curt # C11407 isn't confirmed to fit. Since the Draw-Tite is basically the same design I kind of doubt it will fit either.

Aside from that what you'll need to do is check out the dimensional diagrams I am attaching to this page and compare them with your Q50S to see if it matches up.
