How thick is the cable itself so I can buy some mountable cable clamps?

The Hopkins 7-Way RV Style Connector with Molded Cable # H20046 has cable that is about 1/2" thick. A cable clamp like part # A0500 or # SWC8922-1 would work great for this application!
