There is a similar kit that can be controlled wirelessly but the Air Lift QuickShot Compressor System for Air Springs # AL25572 does not have the ability to switch out its wired control for a wireless control. I still highly recommend this kit over the pricier wireless kits because you get far more bang for your buck with the wired compressor and air tank.
The QuickShot would be a perfect system to use with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57399 that fit your 2019 Ford F-450. I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
