Question:

How to change the barrel on a pbl686 thule cargo case with the mechanism shown in the photo. I just purchased from you the barrel and key but cant get the old barrel out as the matter let wont turn.

If you have the correct key for the lock core on your Thule Cargo Box Atlantic Cargo Box 686 and you are able to unlock this then you can use the Universal Change Key for Thule Locks part # 853-1251 so you can remove the old lock core and install your new lock core. The Universal Change Key for Thule Locks will be needed to install the new lock core as well.
