Question:
We have a 2015 QX60 and want to tow a small tear trailer Winnebago Winnie with a dry weight of 2,360 and a GVWR of 3,500. We do not have a tow package and are looking for suggestions for components for a good, complete setup. Do we need a sway bar? Weight distribution? Thanks so much for your help.

The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2015 Infiniti QX60 is the Curt hitch part # C13126 as it has plenty of towing capacity and also only has the hitch opening visible below the rear bumper so it's the most hidden. I attached an install video as well.
For trailer wiring the best kit is the part # 118670 as it's easy to install and very reliable. Install video link attached for this as well.
So anytime the weight of the trailer ends up being more than half of the weight of the tow vehicle a weight distribution system is a really good idea. While not a total requirement it will give you a much better and safer towing experience as sag will be reduced, and braking and handling will be improved as well.
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use.
So based on that your best option is the Reese Strait Line part # RP66082 which has a tongue weight range of 200-400 lbs and features the best sway control on the market that fights it before it starts.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
