The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2015 Infiniti QX60 is the Curt hitch part # C13126 as it has plenty of towing capacity and also only has the hitch opening visible below the rear bumper so it's the most hidden. I attached an install video as well.

So anytime the weight of the trailer ends up being more than half of the weight of the tow vehicle a weight distribution system is a really good idea. While not a total requirement it will give you a much better and safer towing experience as sag will be reduced, and braking and handling will be improved as well.

The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow.
