Weight Differences Between Curt and Draw-Tite Trailer Hitches for a 2019 Toyota RAV4

What do these hitches weigh? Obviously the Rav4 cant tow over 1,500 lbs and the tonque weight must not exceed 500 lbs so the different weight ratings of the two hitches is irrelevant. I want the lightest one.

The Curt Trailer Hitch # C13416 weighs about 42 lbs while the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # DT82QR weighs about 37 lbs.
Since these are priced about the same and have the exact same bumper and ground clearances for your 2019 Toyota RAV4 it really just boils down to which company you prefer to purchase from. Both Curt and Draw-Tite are big names in the towing industry and either option will serve you well.
