I have a Fulton T3700 winch. Broke off the hook from the cable after 15 years. Can a nylon strap be

The current version of your Fulton T3700 is the part # F142430 which is a cable-only winch like what you have. Best options I have would be a new cable for yours that is broke like with part # FWC7500100 for a 50 foot cable or to go with a new winch that uses a strap instead like the Jif Marine part # 315-W3200D which has a similar 3,200 lb capacity. Only downside to the straps is they aren't as long as the cables since the layers add up quicker. This comes with a 20 foot long strap.
