Which unit would be a suitable replacement for my Dometic 630515.321? One thermostat controls two units/zones. It also has a heat pump. Please advise.

Going with the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup # ACDOM150 that you referenced is your best option. This will also be your easiest install too since it was designed to plug right into your Dometic wiring and allow your current controls/thermostats to function the same as what you are used to. To add a heat strip though you will also need the part # ACMHD and you'd be set.
