Question:
Our jwm60a is reading err disc when we try putting a dvd in do I need to reset it an where is the reset button at?

Resetting the Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A along with verifying the DVD isn't scratched are both great starting points. If the DVD plays just fine in a different DVD player then try resetting the stereo by pressing the reset button with a ball point pen or something to that affect. The reset button is just to the right of the Eject button as you can see in the attached photo.
