Though I'm not quite sure what you mean by "what are the dimensions" in reference to Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch # 75852, I can tell you that this hitch will fit all models of 2019 Ford Transit Connect, so if that's what you have it will absolutely fit your vehicle!

I also highly recommend using Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector; using it will increase your 4-way's durability and extend its lifespan.
