Your 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 actually has toggle switches below the console display that can be used as the toggle switch for the Truck Bed Cargo Camera for Factory Monitor - 3rd Brake Light # 3460015 that you referenced. If you check out the end of the install/review video I attached for this you can see where to find the switch.
