If I order four of the THLOCKN140 will they all be keyed the same? And do they come with a key, or will that have to be ordered separately?

The Replacement Lock Cylinder # THLOCKN140 that you referenced is specific to the N140 key, which is sold separately as part # THKEYN140. If you were to order 4 of the cylinders they would all work with this same key. If you are replacing existing lock cores you would also need the Universal Change Key # 853-1251 to remove them from the housings.
If you're not trying to match up to an existing N140 key you could also just go with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400, which includes 4 keyed alike cylinders, 2 corresponding keys, and 1 universal change key.
