will part#dm8551011 fit on my 2019 chevy Silverado LT NEW BODY style 6 1/2 ft bed under the bed so I can attach my 16k reese slider 5 th wheel hitch in the bed.

The Demco rail kit part # DM8551011 that you referenced is an underbed fifth wheel rail kit that fits your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 6-1/2 foot bed but there isn't a way to adapt it to your Reese fifth wheel hitch.
You'd need a set of above the bed rails instead like the Reese part # RP56015-53 which is a confirmed fit or you'd have to go with a Demco hitch like the automatic slider part # DM8550022 which is designed to fit this rail design and automatically slides back as you make tight turns.
